As the Director of Public Relations, I am honored to lead our efforts in ensuring that our regulatory authority communicates clearly, consistently, and credibly with all stakeholders.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between policy and the public—making complex regulations understandable, promoting health and safety awareness, and fostering meaningful engagement across communities. We are committed to delivering timely updates, multilingual content, and culturally sensitive messaging that reflects the diversity and dignity of our people.
Through media outreach, stakeholder briefings, digital platforms, and community dialogue, we aim to build a transparent and responsive communication ecosystem. We are also strengthening our internal coordination to ensure that every directive, inspection result, and licensing update is shared with clarity and purpose.
