As the Director of Regulatory Information Development and Dissemination, I am proud to lead our efforts in transforming how we communicate with the public, professionals, and institutions.
Our mission is to ensure that every directive, guideline, and update issued by our authority is not only technically sound but also understandable and actionable. We are modernizing our systems to deliver multilingual, culturally sensitive content that reaches all corners of our region—whether through digital platforms, printed materials, or community outreach.
We are also investing in digital tools that streamline access to regulatory documents, licensing procedures, and inspection outcomes. By doing so, we aim to build trust, foster compliance, and empower citizens and service providers alike.
